The West Virginia Department of Arts, Culture and History will kick off the 2005 holiday
season on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 25, at 6 p.m. when it turns on the lights for
two 25-foot wreaths which will hang from the north and west sides of the Cultural
Center. Each wreath has more than 4,500 multi-colored lights and is encircled
with 150 feet of rope lights which provide the frame. The wreaths sport three
10-foot holly leaves and three red holly berries. They will remain on display
through the holiday season. For more information, contact Stephanie Lilly, exhibits
