Engaging curious minds through interpretation, oration and traveling exhibitions
In 1999 the West Virginia Department of Arts, Culture and History began the long-overdue and challenging process of renovating the West Virginia State Museum housed in the Cultural Center in Charleston. The revitalization of the exhibitions has provided creative momentum that extends to the agency’s education program. Expanding the opportunities and services offered to educators, families and students of all ages is in order and we will not disappoint.
