Public meeting to be held April 20 in Martinsburg to collect ideas for a new state arts plan
The West Virginia Commission on the Arts (WVCA) of the West Virginia Department of Arts, Culture and History (WVDCH) will host a public meeting in Martinsburg on Saturday, April 20, to collect input from local citizens concerning the arts, and the programs and services of the Commission and the Division. The meeting will be held from 1:30-4:30 p.m. at the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Public Library. The meeting date was listed incorrectly in an earlier news release issued by the Division.
Artists, arts administrators and organizations, art faculty members, community arts and social service volunteers and other interested participants are invited to attend the meeting. For more information, contact Kelley French Gibson at (304) 558-0240, ext. 155.
