Your of the 19th inst [?] came to hand and I understand from your letter that you wanted me to make up my pay rolls. The first of January, wich I have already done and kept a coppy of the same I sent them two you on the fourth of January and I saw them mailed my self, and also sent my report with them they must bin over looked I mite a bin a mis take in your name.
I Believe your name was rote T. H.Perpoint if I have to make up again please send blanks
