Capt Headler of Wetyel Co a Militia Captian has 100 Guns at Levi Stankeys in Wetyel Co Va and at Elelue Moryans on [?] Creek. Capt Lieut Chas Shuty has a volunteer Co of 50 men in Doddridge Co Va he has no arms Would recommend an order to Headler to turn over 50 guns & accoulnements [sic] to Lieut Shuty.
