you will at once order the captains of your Regiment to disarm all [unreadable] belonging to their respective [?] companies have the names of the owner placed upon the guns and have them sent to these head quarters also to arrest and bring to these head quarters all [unreadable] who they can prove are using reasonable and necessary [unreadable] against the US Government or threatening uninion [sic] citizens hunching for Jeff Davis SC any and all make prisoners violating as above stated upon testimony or affidavit will at once be arrested and brought to these head quarters
