Enclosed find orders from Col. Lightburn[?], Col Russell and Maj Skinner and Genl [?] Bowyer, which calls I responded with my men, as you will see by reference to the Rolls herewith [?], which you will please use your influence to have paid.
You will see [?] examination that Capt [?] Company is not [?] the Roll was not returned with the balance, and [?] can not be made off in payroll form, until said roll is furnished, if at your office you will please forward immediately
If there is any deficiency in the Rolls please inform at your earliest convenience.
