Underground Magazine At TNT Plant

Work on constructing the foundation on the underground magazine at the West Virginia Ordnance Works is to begin immediately. William and Fred Hanes of Manhattan, N. Y., and William Larney, of Brooklyn, N. Y., arrived this morning to get the work underway. The Flynn Manufacturing Company of Philadelphia, Pa. are the contractors.
