Pete Righter In Limbo. - Pete Righter, the old rebel whose name has been so prominently before the public in Marion county, and whose property was destroyed last spring by some Federal officers, was brought into the city last evening as a prisoner. He was captured somewhere up about Shinnstown in Harrison county, and is now in the Atheneum prison. He was accompanied by two other prisoners.
