For the Fourth and Fifth Regiments of Militia paraded again on Saturday. The weather was exceedingly fine and the parade was the best and most instructive which we have yet had. About a thousand men turned out presenting a most warlike and formidable appearance. The Militia of this city is becoming a fixed thing.
