CHAPT. 7. - An ACT changing the place of holding an Election in the county of Preston.
Passed December 20, 1862.
1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly, That the separate election heretofore authorized to be holden at the Nimes House in the eighth magisterial district, in Preston county, shall be, and the same is hereby discontinued, and in lieu thereof the election for said election precinct shall be holden at the house of William H. Brown in said district, at which election precinct all persons qualified by law to vote in said district may vote.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
