More Prisoners. - Seventeen prisoners arrived yesterday morning from Winchester, in charge of Capt. McDonald, and were committed to the Atheneum. They are rebel soldiers, citizens and bushwhackers. Among the number is one A. W. McDonald, a member of the Richmond Legislature, who was captured while attempting to make his way home with two or three horses.
