Flag Presentation. - The ladies of South Wheeling together with the citizens generally, presented a beautiful flag to Sweeney's cavalry last evening. On behalf of the ladies A. W. Campbell made the presentation speech, and Auditor Crane received the flag and replied on behalf of the company.
