Circuit Court. - The case of Thos. Higgs vs. John Goshorn for the recovery of the amount of two notes for eight hundred dollars given in 1859, in the purchase of a negro boy, occupied the attention of the Court during the whole of yesterday. The jury found for the plaintiff. Messrs. Richardson and Jacob appeared for the plaintiff, and Messrs. Wheat and Good for defendant. This is probably the last negro sale case that will be tried in this city for several hundred years.
