Yelling for Jeff Davis. - On Wednesday night a man by the name of John Kelley, who resides at Fulton, was arrested and committed to the Atheneum, for hurrahing for Jeff Davis. When first arrested he denied the charge, but when he found a lie would not do, he became very violent, calling the officers and soldiers d:d abolitionists, and swearing he could whip the whole gang of them. He was so extravagantly disorderly and offensive in his conduct that he had to be bucked and gagged. This operation had a very soothing effect, and at last accounts he was very harmless and docile.
