Arrival of Guerrillas. - Six guerrillas, captured lately in Ritchie county by the State troops, arrived in the city yesterday and were committed to the Atheneum. Among the number is a Captain Edmund J. Jarvis, a noted rascal, who has done a great deal of damage. Another one named Jacob Dougherty, was found while concealed in a hay mow.
