Col. Latham. (Congressman elect from the 2nd district) who is now commanding at New Creek, made a little raid up towards Moorefield, Hardy county, on Monday last. He cleaned out a considerable force of rebels, killed two, captured seven and returned with quite a number of horses and four or five hundred sheep.
