JOHN RIGHTER HEARD FROM.- We learn that John Righter, of Marion County, son of Peter Righter, has been hear from, down about Jimtown, in Monongalia County, and that Captain Showalter, of the 6th Virginia Regiment, had gone down to arrest him. John Righter is, or was, a guerilla, and is represented to be a daring and desperate rebel.
