The West Virginia Division of Culture and History is announcing new hours for the State Archives Library in the Culture Center, State Capitol Complex, Charleston, effective August 1. The library will be open from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Wednesday, 9 a.m. - 8 p.m., on Thursday, and 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., on Friday and Saturday. The Archives Library is closed on Sunday.
