The West Virginia Division of Culture and History and the West Virginia Commission on the Arts will sponsor “Arts Day at the Legislature” at the State Capitol Complex in Charleston, on Monday, Jan. 31, from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. The event celebrates the vitality of the arts in West Virginia; the impact the arts has on cultural growth, economic development and education; and how the arts brings together artists, arts organizations and art enthusiasts from across the state.
This year’s event will be held in the upper rotunda of the State Capitol and will consist of information booths and artists’ demonstrations. A list of participants is attached.
