Governor Joe Manchin III will commemorate the sixth anniversary of 9/11 with a remembrance ceremony tomorrow at noon on the South Plaza steps of the State Capitol Building . In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will move into the lower rotunda.
The program will include remarks by Gov. Joe Manchin; the singing of the National Anthem; the Pledge of Allegiance led by the Fairhaven Christian School of Charleston; reflections by Pastor Paul Meadows of the Beulah Ann Baptist Church in Ona; followed by taps and two bag pipe selections.
